How can psych evaluation help?

Legal Considerations

Psychological evaluations can provide crucial information in legal proceedings related to immigration, asylum, or deportation. They may be used as evidence to support legal arguments.

Humanitarian Considerations

Recognizing the psychological impact of migration and potential past traumas is essential for humanitarian reasons. Comprehensive evaluations can contribute to a more compassionate and understanding approach to immigration.

Family Unification Support

Psychological evaluations can play a role in family reunification cases by providing insights into the emotional and mental well-being of family members and the potential impact of separation.

Get to know Hector!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida, Texas, Virginia, Utah, Connecticut, and New Jersey. My practice, Arise Connections Counseling, is a registered entity in Texas, where I’m based.

As the son of Salvadoran immigrants, I understand the challenges and sacrifices that come with seeking a new beginning in the United States. That personal experience drives my passion for helping others through professional immigration evaluations.

I provide thorough, compassionate evaluations for hardship, asylum, and other immigration cases. I’ve completed specialized training with the Immigration Evaluation Institute and additional programs to ensure my reports meet the highest standards and capture the unique experiences of each client.

For many people, an evaluation is more than just a legal document—it’s a way to tell their story, advocate for themselves, and open the door to a new chapter of life. My goal is to approach every evaluation with empathy, and respect so clients feel understood throughout the process.

Disclaimer: I don't provide legal advise. Consult an Immigration attorney to verify if an evaluation would be beneficial for your case.
